CHRISTMAS FAIR: In Ashington

A CHRISTMAS fair takes place at the Ashington Community Centre on Saturday, November 24, offering lots of festive goods and an early taste of Christmas.

There will be lots of stalls, a raffle, homemade cakes and a general bric-a-brac stall.

Hot lunches and refreshments will be available.

Father Christmas will also be paying a special visit and the children from Ashington CE School will be singing songs and carols to entertain the crowds.

The event starts at noon.
