Brilliant blooms in East Preston ‘wow’ crowds

PATRICK Sims took home four top prizes as the most successful exhibitor at East Preston and Kingston Horticultural Society’s summer show, on Saturday (August 4).

Despite contestants having to contend with several months of unprecedented wet weather, this year’s competition, at the village hall, in Sea Road, proved to be just as fruitful as previous ones.

Visitors during the day were left dazzled by the splendid array of blooms, vegetables and fruits. There was also entertainment from a dog show, organised by the members from the Littlehampton Dog Training Club.
