Turkish delight
TRIATHLON star Joanna Hinde travelled to Alanya in Turkey for the under 23 European Championships.
The former Claverham and Bexhill College student represented Great Britain and finished fifth overall in the event that involved a 1500m open water swim, a 40km cycle and a 10km run.
Joanna, who is now studying at Bath University, finished fourth in her age group at the recent World Championships in Edmonton, Canada.
She is now taking a well deserved rest before beginning a tough training regime for the Commonwealth Games trials in April 2002.
