The enthusiastic support of competitors was evidenced by the large number who stayed for the presentation of prizes which was conducted by St Michael's Hospice chairman Derek Norcross and tournament press secretary Derek Whitaker. Before the prize giving tournament secretary Keith Westwood thanked the competitors for their support of the tournament and hoped they'd be back next year. He also thanked Tricia Fry, Simon Moore, Gordon Leggatt and Peter Oakman, Peter Janks, Jim Holtom and Top Flight Supplies.
