Sam selected for squad
HAM Manor junior Sam Dix has been selected for the Under-16 Welsh squad.The news follows his sixth place in the Welsh Boys' Under-15 championship in August last year.
He was recently invited to an assessment day at Celtic Manor Golf Club by the Welsh Golf Union and had to undertake different tasks and competitions, ranging from putting and chipping to driving accuracy and a video analysis.
Sam has now been informed that he has been selected for the Under-16 squad and he and his family are delighted by the news.
