LOCAL PONY CLUB TEAM EXCELLS
JUNIOR and Senior Mounted Games teams from Crawley and Horsham (South) Pony Club travelled to Long Buckby in Northamptonshire for the Zone Finals day for the Prince Philip Cup recently., ready for an early start on the Saturday morning.
This is the second year in a row that this Pony Club has made it to the finals, this year also taking a qualifying junior team with the seniors.
A total of 28 teams were took part on the day representing many of the Pony Club areas in the East and South-East of England, from Poole and the Mendips right across to Northamptonshire.
The junior team came second by one point in the tack and turnout competition, which put them on a high for their games.
