JASON SETS A HOT PACE
Chalking up an impressive sprint double, Jason ran the 100m in his fastest ever time of 10.8sec to beat fellow junior international Set Osho into second place.
A few days earlier he had cracked eleven seconds for the first time clocking 10.94sec when finishing fifth in the inter-county match at Crawley.

Hide AdIn the 200 metres at Crawley he chalked up a season's best in 21.51sec but he was unable to match this at Withdean where he eased to victory in 21.6sec.
There was a also a fine run for Hailsham's Ben Warren at Withdean as he took the lead in the 5,000 metres after the first few laps and gradually shook off all his rivals cruising to a fifty-metre victory in 14min 42.7sec - the fastest time by any Sussex runner this season.
Ben was also in action at Crawley where he was squeezed into third place in the 1,500 metres in 3min 55.7sec.
