Horse owners warned about outbreak of equine disease

FOLLOWING a number of cases of strangles affecting horses in the Souht of England, horse owners are being urged to familiarise themselves with the clinicla signs of the disease.

Strangles is still one of the most commonly diagnosed equine diseases worldwide. Early diagnosis and strict bio-security measures are the most effective way of controlling the disease.
