Weather is the winner - but Bosham manage three points too

THE Sussex League programme was severely hit by the rain of the past couple of days, with Chichester's visit to St Francis Rangers among the games washed out.

Selsey were the only local first-division side to play. They came away from Eastbourne United with a 0-0 draw.

In division two Midhurst crashed 3-0 at home to Mile Oak, while in division three Bosham got back to winning ways - though only just - by beating Pease Pottage 3-2 at Walton Lane./

The Barnham-Sidlesham clash was postponed after the death of a Barnham player. No further details have been given at the moment.
