Early Brighton pressure led to both Paul Brooker and Paul Kitson going close while looking for a quick strike to unsettle the County League side.

Lee Farrell carved out a chance for EP in the 19th minute when he used his pace to get behind the Albion back line and charged down a clearance from John Keeley, only for the ball to go wide.
