Dressage show proves a big hit in polo arena

HORSHAM Riding Club held its first open dressage show at the Hickstead Polo arena. This excellent 50m by 100m all weather surface is perfect for dressage and has plenty of space to accommodate the two arenas and warm areas that were full all day.

With more than 100 competitors taking part in eight classes from walk and trot up to medium level, there was something for everyone.

The whole day was a great success and the club is looking forward to its next dressage show there on Sunday September 20.
