Busy weekend for Sidley
SIDLEY United have a busy bank holiday with a Sussex League trip to Shoreham on Saturday August 24 and a home game against Redhill in the RUR Cup on Monday (2pm).
A 100 per cent record so far this season has joint-manager Peter Heritage brimming with confidence. "Considering the start we have had, I expect to win both matches," he said.
Neighbours Bexhill United travel to Forest on Saturday before hosting their first home game of the season against St Francis on Monday, kick-off 11am.
Manager Len Watkins said: "We cruised to victory last week and we really showed our strength. If we play the kind of football we are capable of let's see who can stop us."
