Woman perfectly responds to neighbour's '˜disgusting owner' note
A woman perfectly responded to one of her neighbours who left a note calling her a '˜disgusting owner' by returning a handwritten letter from her dog.
Phoebe Martin, 26, from St Leonards, received an aggressive note from one of her neighbours last week after her dog Inca, a Jack Russell cross, had been barking.
