Villagers give Peasmarsh a spring clean
PEASMARSH residents turned out in force on Saturday to help keep their village clean
A litter pick was organised by Peasmarsh Village Society and started at Brickyard.
Audrey Dent, from the society, said: “It went very well.
“Despite a rainy start 11 volunteers collected 16 large sacks of litter from the main road and bye-ways. Last year we filled 34 sacks so this is an encouraging trend. Well done Peasmarsh.”
