British Transport Police (BTP) has reopened a railway station in Sussex after reports of a suspicious package this morning (November 1).

BTP evacuated Hove station this morning, and no trains were able to stop at Hove after the report of a suspicious package on a platform came in at 9.34am.

But at 10.45am BTP confirmed the item was ‘non-suspicious’ and reopened the station.
