A27 in Chichester blocked by a broken-down lorry

According to traffic reports, one lane of the westbound carriageway near the Fontwell Services Roundabout was blocked due to the lorry.

Traffic has been affected since midday, and a recovery vehicle is believed to have been sent to the scene.
