Thieves steal window box
Thieves who walked off with a window box full of flowers from a house in Longford Road, Bognor Regis have been given a dressing down by its owner.
'I hope whoever stole it will have a pang of conscience '“ whatever will they steal next?' asked Dannielle Shoobert who noticed her window box filled with plants grown from seed was missing on Sunday morning.
'Whoever removed it had to come down some steps and on to a front porch and onto our property and it has really upset me. The window box was there all summer and gave me a lot of pleasure and was there for everyone to see.
'What is the world coming to. Do we now need to screw window boxes down?' asked an angry Dannielle, who reported the matter to the police.
