Sun shines for newly-weds Claire and Derrick

Claire is the daughter of Helen and Peter Jalfon-Unsworth, of Glassenbury Drive.

She wore an ivory dress with small burgundy coloured flowers and crystals, and held a bouquet of dark roses with crystal centres.

Her bridesmaids were her twin sister Judy and cousin Nichola who wore burgundy coloured dresses and carried bouquets of ivory roses, again with crystal centres.

Claire and Derrick, who live in Penhurst Drive, were driven to their reception at the Cooden Beach Hotel in an open-top cream Beauford car. Their honeymoon was to be spent in Scotland.

Her mother Helen commented: "The bride looked radiant and the weather was perfect."
