Solicitors pull on their running shoes

BEXHILL solicitor Gaby Hardwicke has combined a fitness drive with raising money for a Bexhill good cause.

Ten members of the firm (pictured) completed the Bexhill 5K seafront race recently.

All sponsorship money will be donated to the League of Friends of Bexhill Hospital, and the firm has offered to double the money raised by the individual runners.

Partner David Young, who is a Trustee of the League of Friends, said: "We're always delighted to support the League of Friends which does such good work for the community, and also to participate in what has become a successful fixture in the Bexhill calendar.

"Taking the opportunity to get fit is a bonus for the members of our team, most of whom were not regular runners when we entered the race."
