Quiz raises fundsfor Rye charity
QUIZ teams put their minds to it to raise more than £200 for Rye area charity ARRCC.
The charity, which provides respite and activities for disabled people, held the Quiz Night at Magdala House, in Rye, at the end of February.
Irna Mortlock, from ARRCC, said: “Volunteer Patrick Cox Smith and art tutor Jenny Edbrooke acted as quiz masters.
“The evening was greatly enjoyed by members, staff, volunteers and guests. Total funds raised including the raffle were over £230.
“The next quiz will be in October.”
