AL/27/21/PL: Lidsey Lodge Farm, Sack Lane, Lidsey. Demolition of large agricultural buildings, removal of concrete yards and access & erection of 4 No. 2 bed houses, 2 No. 3 bed houses, 2 No. 4 bed houses, gardens, access, parking, soft landscape & ecology areas. This application is a Departure from the Development Plan and is in CIL Zone 3 and is CIL Liable as new dwellings.

A/24/21/PL: Land South of Water Lane. Erection of a temporary sales cabin with 4 parking spaces and associated landscaping. CIL Zone 1 - This application is zero rated as temporary building.

A/32/21/HH: 40 Palmer Road. Side hip to gable extension on West Elevation, a rear dormer on North Elevation, side porch on the West Elevation and 4 No. roof lights to the South Elevation.


AB/21/21/HH: 164 Fitzalan Road. Erection of a single storey outbuilding to rear.

BN/19/21/HH: 43 Elm Grove, Barnham. Two storey rear extension.

BN/23/21/HH: Wayside, Yapton Road, Barnham. Removal of existing flat roof extension and outbuildings and the construction of a single storey rear extension and associated works.


BE/22/21/HH: 1 Holland Close. Rear single storey extension.
