Arun has set itself a 2016 company-wide challenge to cycle on static bikes a combined distance equivalent to a lap of the globe - approximately 30,000km.

The bikes will soon be arriving in Horsham and along with the group of employees we are inviting support from the public to help achieve two goals. Second of the aims is to raise as much as possible on the day for Action Medical Research for Children, a Horsham-based charity in North Parade, and Ellenor.

The bikes/cyclists will be located at Horsham Station for two hours from 6.30am to 8.30am to try and catch as many commuters as possible. We will then move down North Street to our head office at St Leonards House for the bulk of the day, finally returning to Horsham Station at 4.30pm for the final two hours of the challenge.

There will even be a bike solely available for the use of willing members of the public who may wish to get involved themselves .

If you are not feeling particularly fit to cycle with us but still wish to show your support you can donate via http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/CustomerandPropertyCare
