Burgess Hill households have been updated after a number of homes lost power this morning.
A spokesman for UK Power Networks said: “Power supplies were restored to customers in the Burgess Hill area at 1pm.
“Following a fault on the electricity network in the early hours of today, we needed to temporarily turn off supplies to several thousand customers from 10am, so that our engineers could safely inspect equipment at the site.”
