Town crier support

To put on a competition you need the help of a great many people so, through your letters page I would like to thank the local people who kindly opened their homes and hosted a crier.

Thank you to the people who gave their time, lent trucks, chairs and pa systems etc.

I would also like to thank my husband Colin who without his support and input the competition would never have materialised, and become the success that it was on Saturday.
