Hundreds of pounds raised for Marie Curie charity
I WOULD like to thank everyone who donated personally, online, or purchased bric-a-brac in aid of Marie Cure Cancer Care over the last few months.
I pledged to raise £3,000 to help fund nursing care to the terminally ill, as well as for practical and emotional support to patients’ families.
So far I have raised just over £2,800.
In particular my street collections in Hastings have totalled: £127.53 at Priory Meadow on June 20, £19.21 in the town centre on August 8, £124.02 at Priory Meadow on August 14, and £36.03 in the town centre on August 15.
