Music For An Autumn Evening

The concert from 7pm will be performed by local musicians who are expected to produce an "excellent" evening of music and song which will be introduced by Barry Turnwell of Christchurch.

Music will be played by Andrew McGregor, on organ and piano, Andrew Gill on trumpet, Stephen Page on organ and piano, and Gemma Hickman will be singing.

The event is to raise funds for the Amenity Fund at Richmond Home.

Barry said: "The evening is being arranged by the Friends of Richmond and this is the Methodist Care Home in Collington Lane East where they are around 50 residents.

"There is no need to book for the evening - just come along - and there will be a collection for the Amenity Fund at the Home. Light refreshments will follow the music and all are most welcome to come and join us."

Admission is free but there will be a voluntary collection at the end of the concert.
