Motor dealer’s bid to build 22 homes on Angmering site

PLANS for 22 new homes to be built on the site of the Chandlers BMW dealership at Angmering have been submitted to Arun District Council.

ANGMERING: tennis court and enclosure, with chain link fencing, Tall Trees, High Street.

Single-storey side extension, 1 Arlington Crescent, East Preston.

Rear chalet extension with side-facing doors, 27 Lansdowne Way.

Demolish Chandlers BMW dealership and Phares Courtledge and build 22 dwellings (including seven affordable dwellings), with associated car parking, access roads and landscaping, Chandlers Garage, BMW House, Water Lane. Also, conservation area consent application for same.

EAST PRESTON: two-storey side extension, single-storey rear extension, 16 Angmering Lane.

LITTLEHAMPTON: demolition of existing housing offices, remedial work to west elevation of Manor House and site enhancement, comprising change of use to temporary garden area, former Arun District Council housing offices, Church Street. Further applications for listed building consent for the demolition and making good, and for conservation area consent for the demolition.
