Traffic is queuing on the A281 in Broadbridge Heath at the Farthings Hill roundabout.
Vehicles are stuck in slow moving traffic from the Wickhurst Lane roundabout, which leads to Tesco, to the Farthings Hill roundabout, the AA said.
The road is ‘at a standstill’, according to reports on social media.
