Littlehampton boy gets stuck in his bike

A NINE-year-old boy needed the assistance of the fire service yesterday (April 30, 2008) when he got himself stuck in his bike.

Emergency services were called when he got stuck, between the pedal arm and the bike's frame, on the junction of Snowdrop Close and Bluebell Drive, Littlehampton, at 4.20pm.

It took around half an hour to free the boy, using small tools, who was then checked over by ambulance crews. He did not need hospital treatment.
