THE sale of bric-a-brac at a lifeboat bargain market raised £100 for the upkeep of the Newhaven Lifeboat, at the Roman Catholic church hall, Fort Road, on Saturday.

On April 26 the Brighton Welsh Male Voice Choir will perform at St Michael's Church, Newhaven, at 7.30pm. All proceeds will go towards the Newhaven Lifeboat. Tickets, 5, will go on sale nearer the time.
