THE constant removal of lifebelts from crucial locations along Arun's coast is putting lives at risk and costing taxpayers money.
One lifebelt in Bognor Regis has been replaced four times in two weeks after vandalism and theft.
A man was also cautioned by police after being seen throwing the life-saving aid off Bognor Regis pier while drunk.
