In today’s West Sussex County Times: Residents are calling for vigilante action in response to the the current ‘killer clown’ craze. The plea has been made by Southwater parish councillor Billy Greening after a ‘clown with chains’ was reported to have been seen at Southwater Country Park at the weekend. Police are urging residents to report sightings.
