Hastings-Charing Cross trains subject to delays

Trains up to London Charing Cross are currently suffering delays because of a problem at a level crossing.

Southeastern, which runs services between Hastings and Charing Cross, said the problem was affecting the route between Battle and Hastings.

A spokeswoman for the company said the crossing’s gates would not go up, causing delays and the area was also suffering from signalling problems.
