Free Hearing Clinic at Fairlight

A free hearing clinic is being held at Fairlight Village Hall on Friday September 5 From 10am To 12 noon

It is being held by Hi Kent, the charity that supports deaf and hard-of-hearing people.

People with NHS hearing aids can drop in and get their hearing aids cleaned and re-tubed and also collect fresh batteries free of charge. They can also get free advice, and information on Hi Kent’s wide range of equipment, including special door entry systems, smoke alarms, telephones, conversation aids and television listening devices. All these items can make a huge difference to the life of a deaf or hard of hearing person.

Hi Kent’s Debra Jones said: “We are delighted to be able to bring our free, friendly service to people with a hearing loss in Fairlight. We look forward to seeing you there.”
