Duchess visits School

THE Duchess of Gloucester brought smiles to students' faces when she visited Chailey Heritage School in her role as patron.

She toured the school's departments, and met pupils and teachers.

Chris Russell-Vick, head of the secondary department, said: 'She has become quite a familiar face to students and staff since she first became patron in 2003.

'The children were keen to show their work to her and share their activities.
