Wanted man caught ‘lighting cigarette in Gatwick Airport’

Gatwick Police said on Twitter this morning (Sunday, December 6) the man caught the attention of officers after ‘lighting a cigarette’ in the South Terminal.

A spokesman said: “A male who drew attention to himself by lighting a cigarette in the South Terminal is now spending the rest of the weekend with us after checks revealed there was a warrant for his arrest.

“If only it was always that easy!”
