Barnaby Rickerd, 25, of Marches Road, Warnham, was fined £160, with a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting a police officer at Warnham, and admitted breaching a conditional discharge.

Albert Smith, 30, of Reigate Road, Betchworth, was jailed for eight weeks, with a £115 victim services surcharge. He had pleaded guilty to theft of two electric shavers (total value £49.98) from Boots in Crawley, to theft of eight bottles of alcohol (total value £191.20) from Waitrose in Horsham, admitted breaching a suspended sentence, and was re-sentenced for two other counts of theft.

Lewis Brockhurst, 22, of Bethune Road, Horsham, was banned from driving for a year, with a £370 fine, a £37 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving on the A264, Broadbridge Heath.

Robert McLeod, 48, of Park Terrace East, Horsham, was fined £440, with £48.34 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of using an unlicensed vehicle in Kings Road, Horsham.

Ryan Brown, 27, of Spa Road, London, was fined £146, with a £20 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A24 near West Grinstead.

Joe Dellow, 31, of Bengairn Avenue, Brighton, was fined £80, with a £20 victim services surcharge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding in London Road, Coldwaltham.

Mark Edwards, 52, of Lower Street, Pulborough, was fined £170, with a £20 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding in London Road, Coldwaltham.

David Gil, 25, of Saville Road, Peterborough, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been found guilty of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding on the A24 at Dial Post.

Elizabeth Gilbey, 94, of The Street, Bury, was fined £440, with a £44 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had been found guilty of speeding in London Road, Coldwaltham.

Walter Harbinson, 65, of Croft Road, Witley, was fined £80, with a £20 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and four penalty points added to his licence. He had been found guilty of speeding in Pulborough Road, Storrington.

Wendy Humphrey, 52, of Duck Lane, Midhurst, was fined £220, with a £22 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had been found guilty of speeding in Lower Street, Fittleworth.

Alan Jamieson, 52, of Horsham Road, Beare Green, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been found guilty of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding in London Road, Pulborough.

Noemi Judak, 28, of Harbour Way, Shoreham, was fined £220, with a £22 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had been found guilty of using a mobile phone while driving in Washington Road, Washington.

Deborah Koukouvais, 44, of Blenheim Road, Horsham, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had been found guilty of driving without insurance in Stagelands, Crawley.

Patrick Maher, 57, of Aintree Road, Bolton, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been found guilty of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding in London Road, Coldwaltham.

Susan Miller, 50, of Bramlands Lane, Woodmancote, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had been found guilty of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding in Portslade.

Paul Sidebotham, 61, of Heanor Avenue, Denton, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been found guilty of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding on the A24 at Dial Post.

Karen Swadling-Treacy, 37, of The Strand, Goring-by-Sea, was fined £93, with a £20 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A24 near West Grinstead.

Adam Wall, 34, of Beech Grove, Storrington, was fined £288, with a £28 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding in Pulborough Road, Storrington.

Gemma Warburton, 35, of Hailey Place, Cranleigh, was fined £220, with a £22 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had been found guilty of speeding on the A24 at Dial Post.

Michael Aquisap, 25, of Pondtail Road, Horsham, was banned from driving for 15 months, with a £230 fine, a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Guildford Road, Broadbridge Heath.

Benjamin Capewell, 30, of Macleod Road, Horsham, was fined £585, with a £39 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention in Brighton Road, Horsham, and to obstructing a police officer.

Charlie Green, 18, of Springfield Road, Westcott, was given a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work, an £85 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to possessing an offensive weapon (a knuckle duster) at Horsham Railway Station.
