Charity variety show

A CHARITY variety show in support of Dog A.I.D (Assistance In Disability) is to be held at Hailsham Pavilion on 6th June.

Show organiser Mo Aegerter said the show promises a packed, fun filled evening of entertainment and will be compared by Stephen Dann.

Mo said: "Set in the beautifully restored 1920's theatre, the 6th June will be a great fun filled evening, with Nobby Clarke's keyboard skills bringing the big band sounds to life, bands, dance, choral and the entertaining Richard Curtis and his amazing dogs."

Other performers include Hailsham Choral Society, Lackadaisy Swing Fusion, Jamadi Jazzy Soulful Vibes, and Zoe Dance Studio.

Mo said she is hoping the fund-raising event will be a great success and that it will raise peoples awareness of the Dog A.I.D charity.

She said: "This is a small charity under the umbrella of Assistance Dogs (UK) which also covers guide dogs, hearing dogs, seizure alert dogs and other support dogs. Dog A.I.D however, is the only organisation to asses, assist with training, and accreditation of 'suitable' dogs already owned by the disabled 'client.'

Tickets to the show cost 7.50 and are available from the box office (01323) 841414.
