CD FIT OF ROBBER ISSUED

Police have issued a CD Fit of a man being sought in relation to a robbery in a small newsagents on Eastbourne Road, Pevensey Bay, on January 30

The man entered the store and tried to open the till, the shopowner tried to stop him and was thrown against the wall. The offender grabbed several packets of cigarettes before fleeing the shop.

The man is described as white, 20 '“ 30 years, 5ft 9in '“ 6ft tall, heavy/stocky build, short hair (not seen) roundish clean shaven face, normal complexion, straight nose, remainder of features of average appearance, wearing dark blue 'school' type cap with lighter motif, dark top, spoke with southern accent, sounded coarse, frustrated, swearing to himself.
