Bognor Regis man in court on dangerous driving charge

A man accused of death by dangerous driving will appear in court again in August.

Wojciech Saklak, 29, of Frandor Road, Bognor Regis is accused of causing the death of Peter Iredale on February 24 this year on the A259 in Felpham.

Saklak, who is on conditional bail, will appear before Chichester Crown Court on Monday, August 31.
