The pub’s licensee, Alan Frith, is holding a Vegas Casino Night on March 4 to support Rox. The dress to impress occasion will take place at the High Street premises from 7pm-11pm.

Alan said: “We believe the Rox festival is an important part of our town, enjoyed by many and lots of businesses benefit from it. “The fact it is free makes it accessible to so many people and it is important that it continues.

“We have had some great local sponsors who are helping fund the event so that all the money raised goes directly to Rox.”

Anyone who wants to take part can just turn up and buy their chips.
