Bodiam village voice

BODIAM Parish Assembly, that is open to all electors of Bodiam, takes place in the CE school hall on March 22, 7pm for 7.30pm.

Coffee, tea and biscuits will be available from 7pm. The parish council will report on the work of the past year and reports have also been invited from EDF, St Giles Church and Bodiam Pre-School, the PCSO and lots more.

Do come and put your views and concerns forward.

Bodiam Toddler Group takes place in the Parish Room every Tuesday from 1pm to 3pm. Do support, it is only £2 per adult, 50p per child (first child free).

Do come along and make new friends, enjoy a cup of tea/coffee while your child has fun playing with friends.

The Bodiam Pre-School AGM takes place on March 19, 3.30pm at the Church of England School.

The St Giles Flower Festival takes place on July 14/15.

Some village groups have come forward to do some flower arranging, but more is needed. More news soon on the event.

The Bodiam Village Senior Christmas Fund Annual General Meeting takes place in the Parish Room on March 20 at 7.30pm. Do come and hear how the fund is run, if not, just come for the refreshments.

What a PCSO Bodiam has in Demi Georghiou. Demi was on holiday but came back a day early for the people of Bodiam and the parish council meeting.

It must only be time before he goes on to look after the streets of Battle.

The next event for the Levetts Lane Residents Association is the Easter egg hunt with a raffle on East Sunday. More news soon.
