Bexhill plans in the pipeline

THE following planning applications have been received by Rother District Council:

• 52 Cranston Avenue – boundary wall and fence to front boundary in excess of one metre in height.

•1-51 St James Heights, Paradise Walk – variation of condition six on RR/2010/67/P to allow for car parking layout as constructed.

• Pages Parade West, beach huts 5-7, 11-33 – renewal.

• Gotham Farm, Sandhurst Lane – retrospective change of use for builders yard.

• 24A Devonshire Road – replacement of existing timber sliding sash windows with pvcu sliding sash windows.

• 3 Beeching Road, land at – use of land as storage area for business use as previously allowed but subject to revised conditions and to include maximum 2.4 metre high fence enclosure.

• 38 Thorne Crescent – variation of condition 2 on RR/2010/2917/P to allow bedroom window to master bedroom on front elevation changed from two windows to one larger single window. Porch walls removed and now becomes lean-to roof extended to side of property with timber post supports.

• Kingfisher Park, Sluice Road – proposed fence two metres high.

• 29A Glenleigh Avenue – proposed ground floor extension at front and side.

• 1 Brockley Road – single storey side and rear extensions to existing two-storey detached dwelling – with existing pitched roof ridge raised to facilitate a loft conversion.
