Arundel's 10k run cancelled as winter suddenly sprints ahead of spring
THE Arundel Park 10K had to be cancelled on Sunday on health and safety grounds because of heavy snowfall.
The 1st Arundel Scout Group which organises the race, apologised for the last minute cancellation saying four inches of snow fell on the Downs during the hour before the start of the race and the course became totally unsafe.
