Crawley residents can save on average £360 per year on their utility bills with patented water flow technology from Control Flow.

A trial ran in Crawley has shown that installing Control Flow devices, which smooth out the water flow fluctuations caused by varying pressure in water systems, can help households make considerable savings on their water and gas bills. Both hot and cold water wastage is reduced by installing the devices which allows householders to reduce their bills.

The installation of the patented Control Flow containing HL2024® technology has been well received by the householders - with a 98% customer satisfaction rating from the 3,500 households who have had these devices installed.

One customer called the technology “amazing” and “just what I need at the moment,” whilst another called it “a no-brainer” as it “saves you money and helps the planet.”

Over a 12-week period, 100 householders involved in the Crawley trial had meter readings taken before and after the installation of the Control Flow device to measure the impact on the gas and water usage. Impressive savings on both water and gas were recorded which equate to an average annual saving of £360. The results of this trial have been independently verified by the University of Liverpool.

Control Flow devices are now being offered to householders across Crawley and surrounding areas for £195 fully installed.

“With the increased cost of living and soaring energy bills, Control Flow aims to help households reduce their water consumption with its patented technology,” said Dan Ludgate Business Development Director at Control Flow.

Control Flow is a family of patent protected products that provide unmatched performance in terms of pressure-independent flow control.
