Sunday, October 18: Meet at 10am in Rottingdean Cliffs car park (charge) '“ circular walk including some undercliff and downland. 6 miles.

Tuesday, October 20: Meet at 10.30am in Rackham Old School House car park (Rackham is off the B2139 west of Storrington) '“ Wiggonholt Common '“ Storrington Gliding Club '“ Parham Park '“ Rackham. 6 miles.

Saturday, October 17: Meet at 10am in Scarlett Arms car park, Walliswood. Fairly flat (one steep incline) circular walk through woods and farmland with beautiful views of the North Downs. Free, just turn up. No dogs. 3 miles.

Sunday, October 18: Meet at 10am at Whiteways roundabout car park (A29/B2139/A284). Hilly circular walk to Houghton '“ South Downs Way '“ Monarch's Way '“ River Arun providing superb views of Arundel Park and the Arun Valley. Free, just turn up. Well-behaved dogs welcome. 4 miles.

Monday, October 19: Meet at 10am at the Star Inn, Rusper (TQ 206372). Circular walk, some inclines and stiles, along the Sussex Border Path through woods and farmland to Friday Street. Expect mud. Free, just turn up. No dogs. 4 miles.

Thursday, October 22: New Walk. Meet at West Chiltington Village Hall (TQ 083179) at 10am: Various circular walks, some stiles and moderate slopes, incorporating windmills, vineyards, llamas and good views of the South Downs. Free, just turn up. No dogs. 4 to 5 miles.
