FILM: Nowhere Boy at Angmering Community Centre

NOWHERE Boy, described as “the extraordinary untold story of John Lennon”, will be screened at the Angmering Community Centre 
on Saturday, November 13, at 7.45pm.

Starring Aaron Johnson, Anne-Marie Duff and Kristin Scott Thomas, the film focuses on Lennon’s childhood and youth, as “the fledgling genius in a family full of secrets escapes into rock”, only for tragedy to strike as his new life begins.

It was nominated for four BAFTA awards and has a 15 certificate.

Tickets are on sale, price £5, at the community centre office, Woodies News and Angmering Framing and Stitches.
