Comedy Night success

Founder of the charity, Bexhillian Cathy Sharpe, said she was pleased that the event, held at Azur, St Leonards, went down so well, adding: “The four comics and hypnotist were great and helped create a brilliant show. Everyone was in stitches. The crowd that attended were fantastic and very supportive of Jack’s Dream. We managed to raise a fantastic £415.61.”

The next fund raising event will be a Family Fun day to be held on August 15, 10-4pm, at the Polegrove, Bexhill. The fun filled day will be packed with activities and includes a hog roast, inflatables, stall and a dog show.

Jack’s Dream offers emotional support to families who have lost a baby or child. To provide financial assistance to families experiencing financial hardship for headstones, memorial plaques or an item of remembrance up to the age of 18 years. Visit the website at: www.jacksdream.org
