Andy said: “We’re so excited to be able to, at last, announce dates for The Neon Tour! We’d hoped to have seen you sooner, but can’t wait to see you all in 2021. Until then, keep safe.”

The live shows next year are as follows:

October 1 and 2 - Glasgow, Armadillo.

October 4 - Dublin, 3Arena.

October 6 and 7 - Edinburgh, Usher Hall.

October 9 and 10 - Manchester, O2 Apollo.

October 12 - Cardiff, Motorpoint Arena.

October 14 - Bournemouth, International Centre.

October 16 - Birmingham, Utilita Arena.

October 17 - London, The O2.

Tickets are £45 and £65 for most of the concerts, apart from London where they are £50 and £75 and Dublin where they range from 64.50 euros to 74.50 euros. The tickets go on sale at 10am on September 4, 2020.

This is the first leg of Erasure’s tour and the duo hope to announce further dates outside the UK and Europe once the situation surrounding travel and social distancing amid the coronavirus pandemic stabilises.

Erasure are one of the UK’s most successful musical duos, with nearly 40 of their songs hitting the UK charts between 1986 to 2009. Their hits Always and Respect reached the top three in America’s Billboard charts.
