The letter (Gazette, March 5) from John Weir, of the rather ungodly Church Commissioners, who are attempting to obliterate the communities of Barnham, Eastergate and Aldingbourne, is of grave concern.
He claims ‘technical work’ has identified their profiteering opportunity to build an extra 1,000 houses in our villages.
They seem somehow to have missed the existence of a legal document called the Barnham and Eastergate neighbourhood plan, that precludes their avaricious plan.
God may move in mysterious ways, but at least she would do some proper research.
